Shipping policy

 

Shipping

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that each order is handmade and may take time to create.

Orders will ONLY be shipped on Monday-Wednesday in order to insure your products will not sit in transit over the weekend.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Delivery

If you are local and getting your order delivered someone MUST be available to receive the order. 

You must include the delivery address in the "notes" section while checking out. If you forgot to add the delivery address you may DM me on instagram or Facebook (@sensuouswicks) with your order number and the delivery address.

Please make sure someone is at the location of delivery to receive the package.

If no one is available to receive the package Sensuous Wicks will leave the order and take a picture to confirm that the order was delivered.

Once the package is delivered Sensuous Wicks is NOT responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen.

Pickup 

Pickups will be available on Thursday's only from 4:30-5:30. The location will be provided the day of pickup. Please bring you receipt or confirmation email when picking up your order.
